You can make your reservation through our website: www.foxcarhire.es. Or you can call to our office: 952 666 916 every Monday to Saturday from 9:00 to 20:00. You can contact to us also through our mail contact: info@foxcarhire.es.
Once the reservation has been made, you will receive a confirmation (Voucher) per e-mail or fax.
Can I choose the vehicle model I want?
Vehicles are classified, by groups (Categories, A, B, C, etc) in each Categories, you will find different models of cars (Ford, Seat, VW, etc.).The Vehicles shown on our website are only examples of the size of the vehicle of each group. The vehicle model cannot be guaranteed.
What do I need to collect a car?
At the moment you collect the car you will need:
-Driving license.
-Identification documents or Passport
-Credit card
-Voucher (Booking confirmation)
How can I cancel or amend a reservation?
You can cancel or amend your booking up to 24hours before the start of your rental.
Cancellation and amend are free of charge. You can simply phone us or send us a fax or e-mail.
What is the minimum age to rent a car?
The minimum age to rent a car ranges between 21 and 23 years.
Driver must have held a driving license for at least one year.
You will find the exact age in our reservation form (conditions).
Can I rent a car without a credit card?
Usually you cannot rent a car without a credit card, but some of our providers will accept, the EC card (not debit card).
